Shipping Policies

Local Pick Up:
Free local delivery is available for orders within 20 miles radius from Marble,NC. For orders outside this radius, we charge a $10 for delivery. Delivery hours and days vary. We're normally very flexible on this. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to discuss meeting place, time, and day.
SHIPPED ORDERS:
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Order processing times are separate from the shipping times they see at checkout.
TURN AROUND TIME:
Our current turn around time is 14-24 business days. Expect longer turn around time during the holidays. All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
SHIPPING:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
Refunds, returns, and exchanges We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. We do not accept items that have been damaged due to customer neglect, as there are care instructions that come with every item. We also do not replace items that have been damaged due to dropping the tumbler.  In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at courtneysccreations7@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
